I don't know how this company got so good reviews which leads me to use them but let me share my recent experience with this company. First of all their cost is outrageous. We had dry out for about 5-6 days. It is just remove the carpet and use some machines to do the dry out. We didn't even tear the ceiling of the first floor. If you don't have the insurance then don't even think about it. The worst part is they teared carpet so badly that the carpet company cannot patch the carpet since I don't have the extra carpet available. I am so angry for the work being done by this company. Our water heater leaked from the attic, resulting in the need for water remediation services. We had a same-day estimate appointment. Tito, sales representative, who came to our house did an excellent job of selling their services and providing a verbal estimate. He indicated a second quote would be provided for the repairs and scheduled that appointment for a later date the same week. Now, 2 weeks later, this has not occurred. Fans were left the same day and sheet rock, base boards, and carpet were cut out. The representative who completed the demo stayed at our house late into the night to get the wet areas removed to avoid additional damage, except we noticed days later that he has missed areas that we had to point out to him after we discovered the additional damaged areas. Of concern was that he missed obvious areas within the walls and we had to point those out during a subsequent visit, leading to additional days with the fans running in those missed areas. Then the storm happened, leaving us without electricity for several days. Two weeks later, we have not received the paperwork with the estimated costs that were verbalized to us and our insurance states they also have not received anything. According to DryForce, the costs are provided 5-10 business days after the equipment is picked up. It's been a mystery and we don't know what they'll be submitting to our insurance and whether it will align with the verbal quote, which is extremely stressful. Of course, they make you sign an agreement that states you're financially responsible for anything your insurance won't cover. The front end sales was convincing, but that salesman is out of the picture. We do appreciate the text message responsiveness from the office. At this point, we’re glad we did not commit and sign up for any restoration services from the start - will wait to see how this phase pans out and update this review before considering any additional services.

I had a toilet leak from the second story of my home which had leaked into the drywall of the ceiling as well as the support beams and floor below. My plumber referred me to Dryforce to help with drying things out. They were very responsive and thorough. They had meters to find all the wet areas, pulled up flooring, cut out sections of drywall and set up fans. Much more involved than I ever imagined. They are also helping me with a homeowners insurance claim. Fans are running now for the next few days. My house was stinking so they also applied an enzyme treatment. Quite involved. They were Informing me about every step and why they were doing it. so far so good!

ARS recommended me to these guys after this leak in my home damaged my wooden floors. I felt so bad because this guy came all the way from Austin just to do a free inspection. John Fontaine was very professional, he explained everything to me very thoroughly that I was able to understand what the process would be. He let me ask any questions I wanted. His demeanor was calm & collect & I wish more people were like him. Highly recommend!

We had a water leak that damaged some cabinets in our kitchen. I called Dry Force in the afternoon, and they came by the same day to get the situation surveyed. Gabriel helped me understand what was going on and what was needed to fix my situation in simple terms that I could easily understand. When I said I needed a quote, he called his manager, Brandon, right away and they helped me with the estimate on the spot. Gabriel even gave us a complementary mold prevention spray down just so we can stay safe. Quick, friendly, and helpful service ON TOP OF a reasonable price?? Score!
