I am glad to have worked with Exterior Remediation Specialist to repair the stucco and replace the deck on my newly purchased home. Roel, the foreman/supervisor, was easy to work with and helped me understand what was going on throughout the entire job. The workers always arrived at an appropriate time and worked whenever the weather permitted, were professional and courteous and cleaned up the job site after each workday. At the end of the entire job, they cleaned the job site thoroughly. The job included removing the entire deck, damaged stucco and sheathing. In my case, I also needed to have a structural beam replaced due to the beam being completely rotted through. They proceeded to rebuild the deck with proper flashing to ensure the stucco issues would not return, replace the structural beam, add new sheathing and stucco, and paint. It was (to me) a huge job and I greatly appreciated that the work was completed in a timely manner. Now that the work is complete, I have peace of mind knowing that I do not have to worry about what is going on behind the stucco and I have a deck that will last for many years to come. I will gladly work with Exterior Remediation Specialist for any future exterior repair needs and will have them back to reseal and paint the stucco when the time comes.

We needed stucco/moisture repair to the front of our townhome. The team at Exterior Remediation Specialist were incredibly responsive from our initial conversation through followup after completion of the project. The work was completed ahead of schedule and in a highly professional manner. More, they were able to help us with other minor outdoor repairs as well. When the time comes for additional help, the team at Exterior Remediation Specialist will be our first call.

My wife and I have lived in our house since 2001. Water had damaged the plywood sheathing under our stucco. Exterior Remediation did an outstanding job of fixing this problem, and then painting over the new stucco. The workers are skilled tradesmen and their supervisors kept everyone coordinated. The bottom line is that I can recommend this firm without reservation. They do excellent work at a fair price.

Exterior RS has completed a scope of work for stucco repair of my home during Sept/Oct 2023, using a stucco moisture test report as the basis. The work included the painting of the house. They completed the work in the promised duration. The construction manager was responsive, and he was in close contact with the on-site crew. The work crew were capable with all tasks.

Initially had ERS out to paint my stucco and seal several windows. They went above and beyond the initial quote and scope of work. Roel was attentive and was on-time providing text updates. After completion of the work, I had Roel back out to look at some other projects. He was honest and provided guidance on best approach and handled the work timely. Would highly recommend and 100% have ERS back out to do any future projects at my home.
